About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. As a DSP, you will play a key role in providing personalized training, support, and care for individuals with developmental disabilities in a collaborative and nurturing environment.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Experience or education in Human Services, developmental disabilities, or a related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to working with individuals with unique needs. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience working with individuals with autism or behavioral challenges is a plus.
Current First Aid and CPR certification (required).
Must pass drug testing and fingerprinting requirements.
