Chairman and CEO
Tim Bryan
Tim Bryan is the Chairman and CEO of Spectrum Support Services which specializes in providing care for Autistic individuals and their families.
​
Prior to founding Spectrum, Tim spent over three decades as Chairman and CEO of GalaxE.Solutions, a global technology services provider. Mr. Bryan launched the Outsource to America™ program, designed to bring IT jobs back to the United States. The success of this program led to Outsource to Detroit, Outsource to Hartford, Outsource to Milwaukee, Outsource to St. Louis, and Outsource to Nashville It achieved urban revitalization and workforce development in each city.
Tim is a graduate of Rutgers University. He has one son and three daughters and is an active ice hockey and tennis player, a skier and cyclist.

CFO and General Counsel
Steve Weiss
Steve Weiss is the CFO and General Counsel of Spectrum Support Services. In this capacity, Steve is responsible for the oversight and execution of all financial, legal, human resources, and administrative functions of the company.
In addition to Steve’s 30-year legal, finance and operations background, he brings a unique perspective to the company as a father whose son is autistic. Steve’s life experiences provide Spectrum Support Services with critical insights to ensure we match quality and effective talent with the organizations providing essential support to those affected by autism.
Steve has been supporting the special needs community for over 20 years in a range of areas. Steve has been appointed by the Governor of New Jersey to the SICC for Early Intervention and is a passionate advocate for individuals with disabilities and their families. Steve is currently a board member and guide for Achilles NJ and has been an active fundraiser for multiple charities supporting the Autism community.

Steve is a graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. He and his wife have two children. Steve is also an active marathon runner, having completed 26 marathons to date, the last four of which he ran with his son acting as his guide.

Director of Operations
Selveta Djokic
Selveta Djokic is the Director of Operations at Spectrum Support Services. In this capacity, Selveta holds a key leadership role, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient service delivery, and managing staffing needs.
With over 30 years of experience, Selveta has provided top-tier support to high-level executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all functions. Specializing in performance management and coaching, she has led teams of administrators to achieve excellence.
Selveta holds a Bachlors degree in Business Management from the State University of New York. She and her husband are proud parents of two daughters. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Selveta enjoys cycling, traveling, and reading, constantly seeking new experiences and knowledge.

Senior Account Executive
Debra D. Ciliento
Debra Ciliento brings nearly 20 years of experience supporting neurodiverse individuals, with a strong focus on intellectual and developmental disabilities. She began her career as a substitute teacher in general education but found her calling in inclusive education after working in an integrated classroom. This experience sparked a lifelong passion for advocacy, individualized support, and empowering families to collaborate effectively with schools.
Her background includes in-home ABA therapy, family consulting, and, most recently, serving as an Adult Services Manage strengthening her commitment to quality care and meaningful opportunities for individuals with all abilities. Debra’s work aligns closely with Spectrum’s vision of providing lifelong support for individuals with disabilities across both public and private sectors.
Outside of work, Debra enjoys family time with her husband, three daughters, one son and extended family, nature and traveling. She is also a volunteer with Canine Companions for Independence and has raised a service dog who now assists a young woman in need. Her work is grounded in the belief that all individuals deserve dignity, inclusion, and lifelong support.

Account Executive
Daniel Bernstein
My name is Daniel Bernstein, and I’m a proud New Jersey native and graduate of William Paterson University, where I earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and Sociology. I bring over 10 years of experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities across diverse settings including schools, group homes, and vocational programs. Outside of work, I’m a diehard sports fan who loves watching games, playing basketball, and spending time with my family. A fun fact about me — I’m an avid cruise ship enthusiast!

IT & Facilities Manager
Godfrey François
Godfrey Francois is the IT & Facilities Manager at Spectrum Support Services, LLC. In this capacity, Godfrey is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of all IT infrastructure and facilities. He ensures that systems are operating efficiently, monitors security protocols, and leads a team of IT professionals to maintain and upgrade company hardware and software as needed. Godfrey plays a key role in coordinating with other departments to support the company’s technology needs, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.

Godfrey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Barry University in Florida.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Godfrey enjoys playing soccer, staying active, and spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. He values work-life balance and is passionate about personal development and lifelong learning.

Senior Recruiter
Danielle Tamboer
Danielle Tamboer brings over a decade of experience in recruitment and human resources, with seven years dedicated specifically to the healthcare field. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Business, emphasizing Human Resources, from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA.
With her extensive background and passion for connecting people with the right opportunities, Danielle plays a key role in supporting Spectrum Support Services’ mission and growth.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young daughters. She has a heart for giving back, having volunteered at local animal shelters, and she enjoys staying active through dance and a passion she has carried from college teams into her adult life.
