About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician at Spectrum Support Services, you'll work directly with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — implementing behavior intervention plans that make a real difference in people's daily lives.
We're a NJ DDD approved provider based in Bergen County and we're looking for RBTs who are as committed to the individuals they support as we are. If you take your work seriously and want to be part of a team that does too — this is the right place.
What you'll be doing:
Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Collecting accurate data on client progress and behavior
Supporting individuals with autism in school, home, and community settings across Bergen County and northern NJ
Communicating regularly with supervisors, families, and the wider support team
Maintaining professional standards consistent with the BACB ethics code
Requirements
High school diploma, college credit preferred but not required.
Registered Behavior Technician certificate
Demonstrates concern and compassion for working with individuals with special needs.
Demonstrates the ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Demonstrates the ability to follow the directives of related personnel including but not limited to Managers, Teachers, BCBA and administration
